 Post subject: configuring ports

You may call me a newbie, but i need help...

My Download is being throttled...i think ms ISP, Tiscalli, is behind it...they've sent me a couple of warning letters about this issue.

So far, I keep evading them by changing the port.

However, I recently came up with a snag. No matter what port range i use, the download is still 5kBs...

I've heard that I need to configure each port, one at a time...

How can i do that?
