when i was trying to resume a download with bittorrent, i got hte messege: ERROR: rejected tracker - Requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker
so i looked at the web site of the .torrent file, and says the tracker is down, and that there is another tracker. i tried to add the new tracker in the external announce window (should i?), but nothing seemed to change.

any ideas
