Post subject:  Bittorrando 0.2.0 SYSTEM ERROR

Hello I just got some system error. I'm sure if this is a duplicate but I couldn't see anything that was the same.

I really like the new btlaunchmanycurses and I hope you continue to work on it as its really great. This is a huge improvement on the previous versions.

Ok on with the error: I downloaded and added a new torrent to the directory and it complained that it contained errors. So I thought ok i'll just delete it and download it again. It started saying that an EXCEPTION GENERATED which I thought was ok its caught the error but then btlaunchmanycurses then complained about SYSTEM ERROR and adding new torrents to the directory no longer worked. I closed the client and heres the spew it gave me:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/BitTornado/", line 119, in listen_forever
  File "/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/BitTornado/", line 202, in scan
    return_metainfo = True, errfunc = self.Output.message)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/BitTornado/", line 68, in parsedir
    removed[h] = parsed[h]
KeyError: 0

please report this to

Hope that can be of some use. Once again thanks for the much improved launchmanycurses :D

Ah sorry, this seems to happen if the folder refresh happens when the torrent is only partially downloaded. Easily avoided if I download to a different folder first and then move it.

That's okay, this is a real bug, and I'll work on repairing it.
