I'm currently using Bittornado 3.8 and have used 3.7 and 3.12 and all these clients give me that error and I always have to restart the torrent inorder for it to run. But recently, I have been getting crappy download rates as it is always stuck at 1 even though I forwarded my ports. I'm not sure if I should change my router of if it is the clients issue because I've used Utorrent and Comet and they have do the same thing. Does this fall into the ISP Throtlling Upload speeds because I can seed up to 40kbs.
