Well, are there a way that like if you connect to many peers, to detect the speed of each one and like keep the one that have the best speed and reject those with like 1kb/s or less. :roll:

That is already done automatically by just about every bittorrent client. Peers send more to other peers that send more to them. If a client is sending at miserable speeds, then they just simply get less of the torrent from you and your client will eventually find and pick other better peers to send to.
