I've not seen this posted elsewhere, or even implemented elsewhere, but I feel this would be a nice little addition to the client.


Often I leave large torrents to download overnight. Now what I am forced to do, due to the nature of my connection, is to limit my upload in order to get a decent download. By my nature, I don?t want to appear to be in the position where I am appearing to "Steal Files". Usually what happens is that the download finishes halfway through the night and continues to seed at my limited upload rate.

What I would like to do is run with a limited upload rate while the download is incomplete, and remove the restriction when completed; to seed at a faster ate for others. Is this something that could be implemented?
