I haven't come across this problem so far, but if i have to close the download window for some reason, and try and get the download to open up in the same folder (resume), it just comes up with an error saying "failed! Permission denied". The download will re-open in a new folder and start again, but will not follow on from the pre-downloaded stuff.
Anyone out there know how to help?

If the previous instance is still running , it may have locked the files. You need to check that the bt gui process isn't running in the task manager before you try and open it again.
