After switching from 0.3.14a to 0.3.15: Super-seed mode is either not working or not nearly as efficient as it once was. I have torrented several things with 0.3.15 now, and in super-seed mode it averages that I need to upload about 180-200% of the data to even get to 1.0 distributed copy. With 0.3.14a, it was consistently around 105-110% as should be expected. |

He must be using the Themis/NetDevil definition (which could mean we won't see a new version till october, or it could be tomorrow). |
