It's maybe the thumb-file, try the apps/music/movie or whatver you have downloaded and try if it worked. So yes, no worry, than you aren't be able to download the thumbfile, it's a windows file (I think). So when it stopped downloading at 99.X%. Just try the file.
Does the file not work, you have maybe a problem with completing the file (hashfile errors?) or maybe have you got a blue light (torrent isn't complete) or there is nobody with the data you want
