On the same torrent file/tracker etc. at the same time, the gui client connects to way more peers and seeds than the curses client. Both have been running the same amount of time and both have no firewall issues. GUI connected to 79 peers connected to 29 seeds Curses: | dl speed: 80.8 KB/s | ul speed: 483.0 KB/s | seeds: 17 seen now, plus 1.999 distributed copies | peers: 22 seen now, 28.9% done at 1136.6 kB/s command line is: btdownloadcurses.py --minport 26900 --maxport 27100 --max_upload_rate 500 --max_uploads 50 --random_port 1 --min_peers 100 --min_uploads 15 --rerequest_interval 30 |
