I have the latest stable copy of bit tornado for windows i recently downloaded a torrent file, the torrent file describes around 25 files to download, for some reason the creator of the file has put a question mark (?) in one of the file names, when bit tornado tries to create the file windows does not allow it.. as windows does not allow filenames to contain question marks.. maybe the windows version needs some checks to remove illegal characters from file names before it attempts to create files... Has anyone ran into this before? is there a way around it? i am thinking of installing a linux workstation on a spare machine i have just to download this torrent unless someone knows a better solution |
