Requesting a means of determining upload ETA (to a ratio of 1.0) while seeding. It can take the place of the download ETA once the download is complete.

I second this. This would be a great addition, just make the ETA based on the local uploads settings ie if you have 200% then ETA of 200% uploaded at current speed.
