hey guys,
i downloaded 1.5Gb from a 7Gb torrent but suddenly it stopped and showed me this error:
"IO Error:[Errno 13] permission denied"
i don;t know what happened it was just working fine, i am using win7 and v0.3.18 of bittornado

Disable Windows indexing agent, reboot, then resume the torrent.

tried that but still the same error
you think there might be something wrong with HD (bad sectors,...)

Check your file size; max size for FAT32 is 4GB. You say you've only downloaded 1.5GB so far, but other factors may have caused the size of the file to grow.

well i've done a check disk to see if there was any bad sectors and there was and it now downloads the torrent fine.
but it makes anther problem, it freezes.
it is responding to my actions and all of this, its just not updating the status even if press pause and resume the status never changes

You checked the security properties on the files and folders to make sure your user account has full control?

well i figured it out
it had to do with the number of the max peers which my modem can handle just reduced it below 50 and it worked fine
