Incorrect Reading?

Top of window says Ive downloaded (93MiB) but in actual stats inside the application says (98.70MiB)

It's pretty close but I was wondering if that means my file will be corrupt because it has downloaded too much?

No, redundant data is discarded and the file is SHA1 hash checked as you go to make sure it's not corrupt.
