Hi,

i open all needed ports on my router WRT54G v4 Firmware Version : v4.20.6 , and i'm still firewalled. I also disabel the windows XP firewall using BitTornado 0.3.14.

Can someone help me with this. Thanks.
How can i check that my router open the port which i specify in the Port forwarding window?

Maybe your cable/DSL modem has a router or firewall in it too that ALSO needs forwarding and unblocking?

Or your ISP is blocking most/all "stray" incoming ip packets that you don't request in advance? (They say they do that to prevent virus infections...but what they mean is they do it to screw over file-sharing so it reduces their bandwidth costs.)

Do some internet searches (I recommend using GOOGLE) on your modem and ISP about problems with bittorrent and routers/firewalls.
